On August 25, the TRACE team visited Star Route Farms, Cowgirl Creamery, and Equator Coffees and Teas to learn about our local partnerships and get in touch with the source of our ingredients. Here are some of the highlights!

Meet San Francisco native, Sevan Aranedas. Sevan is one of our dynamic servers and mixologists here at TRACE. An active member of the United States Bartenders Guild, Sevan has been bartending for over 7 years. He's also the brains behind our best selling Brunch cocktail, the TRACE Bloody Mary. His take on the classic Bloody Mary is not to be missed after a night of sin in the city.
Join us for Brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 7am-2pm where you can slurp your way to trace-able bliss.
TRACE Bloody Mary (yields one cocktail)
Ingredients:
2 oz vodka
4 oz tomato juice
½ tablespoon worcestershire
¼ tsp garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon celery seed
pinch of dried rosemary, crushed
pinch of dried fennel seeds, crushed
2 dashes of Tabasco
salt & pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients with ice, shake to chill for 15 seconds. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour in a tall glass and garnish with a lemon wedge, celery stalk, and pickled vegetables.
