Each item has been carefully crafted to rattle and grip your taste buds and inspired and conceived by the vast music world. We feature a fun menu that is unapologetically yum. Brass * Knuckle leaves an impression that will have you coming back for more. Hence, Brass * Knuckle bursts on the culinary stage with a true vengeance that is the perfect bite. Sample signature items like Prawns N Roses, Pork Floyd, and Fryin’ Maiden.

SAN FRANCISCO (January 9, 2013) – W San Francisco Executive Chef Paul Piscopo’s side-by-side culinary collaboration with San Francisco food truck chefs continues with the “Local Motion” dinner event featuring Shellie Kitchen of Brass Knuckle SF at TRACE restaurant on Thursday, January 17. 


Following the resounding success of Piscopo’s recent Local Motion dinner events with San Francisco food trucks Hapa SF, The Taco Guys, and Bacon Bacon, Piscopo welcomes Brass Knuckle SF into his kitchen to collaborate on a fun and casual menu that expresses their unique culinary passions and perspectives in a lively and engaging dinner party setting.


At 6 p.m., the evening begins around the TRACE communal table as guests nosh on Brass Knuckle SF favorites and newly created, music-infused menu items such as Prawns & Roses (Shrimp Taco), Fryin Maiden (Fried Chicken Slider), Gangnam Style (Pork Bun Bite), and Cheesy Manilow (the Wedge, Cheesy Cheddar Dressing).  At 6:30 p.m., guests take their seats to enjoy a shared family-style menu with optional cocktail pairings.  Items include:  The B-52 (Rock Lobster Carpaccio, Blood Orange), Tots & The Maytals (Sweet Potato Gnocchi, Liberty Duck), and Back in Black (Squid Ink Pasta, Dungeness Crab, Scallops, Clams); as well as sides including Smoke on the Water (Smoked Mushroom Tortellini, Porcini Broth), Russels Simmons Sprouts (Brussels Sprouts, Bacon Vinaigrette), and more.  Dinner-finishing sweets include The Elvis (Flutter Nutter Donuts) and Sunday Not So Bloody Sunday (Nitrogen Ice Cream with Assorted Toppings).
