"Equator Coffees has long focused on farmer relationships, as we believe a true partnership between farmers who work the land and artisan roasters can be tasted in the cup. We are delighted to find kindred spirits in TRACE Restaurant; farm-to-table is a sustainability concept that sophisticated Bay Area diners fully embrace, and this restaurant showcases its finest articulation. Our Equator Blend and new crop single origin coffees will find a true home at TRACE." - Brooke McDonnell, Co-Founder and Roastmaster
